Creative Cities worked with State Development (a Moscow Developer) on the project for a new park at the site of Zaryadye. On this site where the former hotel Rossia was situated next to the Red Square in the hearth of Moscow a new park was realised. The first workshops were held in 2012 together with a big exposition in the Central house of Artists during the Moscow Architecture biennale.
A year later Moscow City Government organized a competition in which world leading landscape architects were taking place. The competition was won by the Diller Scofidio Renfro team. Creative Cities and State Development were part of this winning team.
